These simple roasted mushrooms have a rich and earthy flavor and are great on some toasted bread or as a side dish. They pair perfectly with our Green Pea Hummus.
2 cups of mushrooms 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 handful of fresh thyme Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F fan. Mix all the ingredients together and let the mushrooms marinate for a few minutes. Put them on a baking tray and roast for about 10-15 minutes.
